Dinner Time - Salty Potatoes

So, maybe not the healthiest of potatoes, and not really their name probably but so so good. I'm a HUGE potato fan so these ones don our plates at least once a week (usually with the Salsa Chicken).

Ingredients:
Potatoes
Season Salt
Olive Oil

Cut up potatoes into chunks. Coat in olive oil and season salt. Put in baking pan and throw them in the oven for an hour (or tin foil on the BBQ). You can use as much or as little season salt as you like, but FYI when you use LOTS you get a beautifully crispy not so healthy potato. LOVE.
